All creative works, comic panels, original illustrations, character designs (including Celestia, Nyx, Shin, Nova, and Kira), storylines, motion graphics, audio scores, trademarks, logos, and digital assets published on this platform are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of The Misfit Theory and its creator(s), protected under Indian and International Copyright Treaties (including the Berne Convention, Universal Copyright Convention, and WIPO Copyright Treaty).
- No commercial re-distribution, reselling, or public broadcasting without prior written consent.
- No ingestion into Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning models, LoRA generators, or scraping engines.
- No creation of unauthorized derivative works, NFTs, or merchandise using characters or comic artwork.
3. Digital Comic Download License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to download and view Chapter 1: The Ones Who Don't Belong in PDF, CBZ, and EPUB formats strictly for personal, non-commercial reading on personal devices.
4. Pre-Orders, Merchandise & Waitlists
Submissions made for apparel pre-orders (e.g., Cyberpunk Hoodies, Combo Bundles, Physical Volume 1) constitute priority registration of purchase interest. Official sales and transactional payments will be conducted via certified, PCI-DSS compliant checkout providers with full consumer protections and tracking notifications.
5. Security & Anti-Abuse Obligations
You agree not to engage in any activity that impairs the operation, security, or integrity of this platform:
- No distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, flood requests, or automated bot scripting.
- No bypassing of OTP security verification or exploitation of client authentication protocols.
- No injecting malicious payloads, reverse-engineering client code, or probing infrastructure vulnerabilities.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform and digital comic content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Misfit Theory disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or downloads.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
